The fourth edition of the French day at Light International School Mombasa was successfully held on 18th November.
The event organized by Light International School Mombasa virtually, brought together seven participating schools: Jaffery Academy, Light International Mombasa, Shree Swaminarayan Academy, Light International School Malindi, Light International School Nairobi, Light International School Primary and Braeburn Kisumu International School.
After opening the event with the French Anthem, La Marseillaise, there followed amazing performances by the students; dances, poetry recitations, singing and reading competitions that highlighted this festive day. The event ended with the recognizing the efforts made by all students and teachers.
This made it possible to offer all the participants and each winners of this event, certificates of participation and also for achievement.
The jury for this day was composed of various members of the academic teams of the participating schools as well as Project officer for linguistic and university co-operation [Melanie Vial] and also Attaché for French [Julie Briand] who joined the event from France.
