Our Light international school in Karen, together with our sister school, Light Academy Boys Nairobi, hosted the 2022 World Scholar’s Cup regional round from 17th to 20th February 2022. The event which took place in a period of four days had a very large number of participants. The founder of The World Scholar’s Cup, Daniel Berdichevsky, confirmed that this was the biggest region of all time. This could only be made possible by our well-organized coordination team. The event usually has different categories such as collaborative writing, scholar’s challenge, team debate, and scholar’s bowl, in which our students scooped a number of awards, making us proud.
