1 Position 1 · IGCSE · LIS Lavington Physics and Mathematics Teacher
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, specializing in Mathematics and Physics, or a relevant qualification in the respective subjects.
- Valid Teachers Service Commission (TSC) registration.
- Demonstrable experience teaching Mathematics and Physics at primary school level, preferably under the IGCSE curriculum.
- Strong subject knowledge, curriculum planning, assessment, and examination preparation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage learners through practical, innovative teaching methods.
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in an international school environment will be an added advantage.

2 Position 2 · IGCSE · LIS Lavington Teacher of Geography
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, specializing in Geography, or a relevant qualification in the respective subjects.
- Valid Teachers Service Commission (TSC) registration.
- Demonstrable experience teaching Geography at primary school level, preferably under the IGCSE curriculum.
- Strong subject knowledge, curriculum planning, assessment, and examination preparation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage learners through practical, innovative teaching methods.
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in an international school environment will be an added advantage.

3 Position 3 · Secondary · IGCSE · LIS Nairobi Mathematics and Business Teacher
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, specializing in Mathematics and Business Studies, or a relevant qualification in the respective subjects.
- Valid Teachers Service Commission (TSC) registration.
- Demonstrable experience teaching Mathematics and Business at secondary school level, preferably under the IGCSE curriculum.
- Strong subject knowledge, curriculum planning, assessment, and examination preparation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage learners through practical, innovative teaching methods.
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in an international school environment will be an added advantage.

4 Position 4 · Secondary · IGCSE · LIS Nairobi Learning Support Teacher – Secondary
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field.
- Valid registration with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
- Experience teaching the IGCSE curriculum.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and assessment.
- Previous teaching experience in an international school environment will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- A creative, enthusiastic, and student-centred approach to teaching.

5 Position 5 · Early Years · LIS Nairobi Kindergarten Teachers
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Development and Education (ECDE), Early Years Education, or a related field.
- Valid TSC registration, where applicable.
- Demonstrable experience teaching young children in a kindergarten or early years setting.
- Knowledge of early childhood development, age-appropriate learning, and play-based teaching approaches.
- Ability to design engaging activities that promote children’s cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language development.
- Strong classroom management, creativity, patience, and child-centred teaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with parents and colleagues.
- Experience in an international school or familiarity with an international early years curriculum will be an added advantage.
