Welcome to Light International School Primary (LISP).
It is with great joy that I welcome you to Light International School Primary (LISP), a uniquely ultra-modern international school dedicated to providing an exceptional learning environment.
At LISP, we take pride in offering a distinct educational experience. Nestled in a tranquil and serene setting, our school provides an ideal atmosphere for teaching and learning. Our spacious classrooms are equipped with advanced smart boards, projectors, and curated teaching aids, fostering engaging and interactive learning experiences.
We are committed to holistic excellence. Our students excel in prestigious competitions such as I-STEM, World Scholarship Competitions, and Mathematics Challenges at both regional and international levels. These platforms enable them to showcase their talents, build confidence, and engage with global standards.
Student well-being is central to our mission. LISP is equipped with a full-time nurse to ensure a safe and healthy learning environment, and a professional counselor who provides mental health support and implements constructive interventions. We believe in nurturing character and resolving challenges collaboratively, rather than through punitive measures.
Our vibrant student community is led by an active Student Council comprising the School President, Deputy President, and representatives for Discipline and Mentorship, Environment, Sports, Academics, and Arts, Culture, and Media. Additionally, class prefects are elected each term, fostering leadership and responsibility among students.
To support personal growth, we offer weekly mentoring sessions, team-building activities, and termly mentoring trips. These initiatives encourage character development and academic growth. Furthermore, seminars for parents and students provide valuable insights, ensuring a collaborative effort in guiding our learners.
LISP embraces the use of advanced computer and ICT skills for both teachers and students, enabling effective research, resource preparation, and learner-centered teaching methods.
We also value strong community ties. Through home visits, teachers and administrators build meaningful connections with parents and guardians, while class-organized sleepovers strengthen bonds among students.
