Light International School Shines at the 42nd EAMUN

On February 16th, 2024, students from Light International School participated in the 42nd East African Model United Nations (EAMUN) conference in Nairobi, representing three different countries across several committees. This prestigious event provided our students with an invaluable opportunity to delve into pressing global issues, advocate for solutions, and hone their skills in consensus-building and negotiation.

  • Outstanding Achievement: A special congratulations to Emmanuel Miambo for being awarded the Best Speaker in the Political Committee. This accolade is a testament to Emmanuel’s exceptional debating skills, thorough preparation, and ability to effectively communicate and persuade.
