1. A copy of the birth certificate.
2. A copy of the report form from the previous school.
3. The Leaving Certificate/Transfer Letter from the former school.
4. Two (2) passport-size photographs.
5. Copies of both parents’ IDs or sponsors’ IDs.
6. A copy of a pupil’s pass (for foreign students). Note: Non-Kenyan citizens must apply for a pupil’s pass at the immigration office after completing the registration.

School fees are payable in KENYAN SHILLINGS ONLY, PER TERM, and are billed in August, December, and April.
All fee types must be fully paid on or before the beginning of each term.
A sibling discount is applicable only on tuition fees for students who register at Light Group of Schools, as follows:

– 1st born child: no discount.

– 2nd born child: 5% discount.

– 3rd born child: 10% discount.

– 4th born child and any subsequent siblings: 15% discount.

Note: When one of the sibling’s graduates or transfers, the sibling discounts will be recalculated.

SCHOOL & PE UNIFORM costs are not included in the fees. (Please ask for details at the receptionist’s desk.)
CAMBRIDGE EXAMINATION FEES for candidate classes (Year 6 & 9) must be paid in the first term of each academic year.
EXAM REGISTRATIONS (Cambridge) cannot be processed until the school fee balance is cleared.
A FULL TERM’S WRITTEN NOTICE, along with the PRINCIPAL’S written acknowledgment, is required for withdrawals; otherwise, a FULL TERM’S FEES WILL BE PAYABLE in lieu of such notice.
The school reserves the right of admission.
The school reserves the right to keep a student out of class and deny access to any official documents or information without explanation until all due fee balances are cleared.
