Our student’s council and Beverly School student’s council had a meeting yesterday in light to the social development project they are working on. A certain public school with a student population of more than 1000 pupils is experiencing high number of pupils to less toilet ratio, inadequate sanitation, old and unsafe infrastructure in their toilets among others. LIS and Beverly School student’s council have embarked on face lifting and giving the pupils of that school new and improved toilets.

The meeting was graced by the presence of Edward De More: CEO of Boston Global Bridge Instutute, Alice Mudiri: Executive Director of Beverly School, Emmanuel Wamalwa: Head of Health Care, Sande Olocho: Program Coordinator, Abdi Aggrey Lidonde: President founder of Beverly School of Kenya and Ramazan Akkilic: Principal of Light International School.
